Holiday bingo
Word bingo for the dates on the calendar when a room full of people needs something to do together. Every set has its own list, which you can edit before printing.
Halloween bingo cards
Ghosts, bats and cauldrons, friendly rather than frightening, for class or home.
Thanksgiving bingo cards
Turkey, gravy boats and the kids' table: a set for the hour between dinner and pie.
Christmas bingo cards
Sleighs, stockings and gingerbread: up to 60 different cards and a call sheet.
New Year's Eve bingo cards
Countdowns, confetti and resolutions, for the long wait until midnight.
Valentine's Day bingo cards
Hearts, envelopes and kind words: a friendship-first set for the class party.
Easter bingo cards
Eggs, bunnies and daffodils: the sit-down game for after the egg hunt.
Fall bingo cards
Acorns, scarecrows and hay rides: autumn words for harvest fairs and classrooms.
Winter bingo cards
Igloos, penguins and snow days. Season words only, so it works all winter long.
Which holiday set to print
Six of these pages belong to a single day and are meant to be used on or near it: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day and Easter. Their lists are full of that day's food, decorations and customs, so they feel out of place a week later. Pick the one that matches your date and change the count to your number of players.
The other two, fall and winter, are season sets with no festival in them. They are the better choice for a classroom or community group where not everyone marks the same holidays, and they stay usable for months. Fall covers leaves, harvest and woodland animals; winter covers snow, cold-weather clothes and polar animals, and shares almost nothing with the Christmas list.
All eight work the same way. The page opens on a five by five grid with a free centre, there is a smaller grid for young children, and a call sheet follows the cards. If your event mixes two occasions, such as a December birthday, copy lines from one page's list into another.
